Analyzing Classroom Climate From Teachers’ Perspectives: A Qualitative Study

The purpose of this study is to determine perspectives teachers about classroom climate by investigating teachers' descriptions a positive climate, their practices towards the challenges they encounter in creating and suggestions for climate. research adopted case design. group consisted 45 data was collected via questionnaire form which composed four open-ended questions. Based on content analysis, sub-categories categories were identified each sub-problem frequencies reported. Findings showed that regarded as multidimensional construct included wide range interrelated in-class out-class variables. It also determined substantially focused instructional order enhance most frequency encountered challenge related students’ disinterest followed uninvolved parenting. For better suggested improvements terms all stakeholders, practices, social, emotional physical environment rules. discussed based previous offered further studies.
